VTI's Engineering Staff is trained to overcome the
most difficult challenges. Our
state of the art software, measurement equipment
and production systems allow us to provide our
customers with efficient original designs, quality reverse
engineered parts and exact fabrication to
customer's prints, in addition to our many other innovative product lines
and services.
Utilizing our state of the art software and measuring
systems, the VTI staff has the capability of designing
and fabricating virtually any part. With VTI's signature process
of customer participation, material identification,
process recognition, measurement method and custom tolerancing, we produce prints
that allow us to manufacture parts that exceed our customers'
specifications in workmanship and performance.

We are constantly raising our quality standards and
optimizing our productivity by applying continuous
improvement principles in all phases of business.
Our measuring equipment includes a Coordinate Measuring
Machine, an Optical Comparator, a Height Gauge, Finish Gauges, Thread Gauges, Ring Gauges,
Radius Gauges, Pin Gauges, Calipers and Micrometers. Each part can be traced
back through the manufacturing process to the original raw material from a lot number
that is provided on the customer's label. We provide up to 100% quality control and
tolerancing to +/- 0.0005".
In addition, we use "clean" manufacturing techniques and clean each
part with IPA and cleanroom compatible wipes before shipment.
