 January 2006 Richardson, Texas- VariTech International, Inc. announces re-structuring. Mrs. Marilyn Hill has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mrs. Hill was a co-founder of VTI, Vice President, and serves on it's Board of Directors. Patrick Tillman was promoted to Corporate Vice President. He has been with VTI more than 10 years and will continue his duties as Director of Engineering. Erik Linxwiler has also been promoted to Corporate Vice President. He too has been with VTI more than 10 years and will continue his duties as Director of Sales and Marketing.
December 2005 Richardson, Texas- VariTech International enters into an agreement with Texas Instruments to establish a consignment of spare parts inventory throughout their domestic fabs.
November 2005 Shanghai, China- VariTech International expands it's office in China allowing further growth into the Asia market place.
2004-2005 Shanghai, China- VariTech International announces the addition of Frank Huang as Regional Manager and responsible for business within Taiwan.
May 2005 Shanghai, China- VariTech International enter into an agreement with SMIC to establish a consignment of spare parts inventory.
December 2004 Coatbridge, Scotland- VariTech International establishes Retronix as distributors for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Eastern Europe, and Israel.
